ABERDEEN APPRECIATION DAY

In September 2025, we hosted an educational seminar and barbecue highlighting the outstanding qualities of American Aberdeen Angus cattle. We welcomed several speakers, some traveling from as far as Oregon, who shared their expertise on topics such as raising Aberdeen cattle, pasture management, rotational grazing, and harvesting. The barbecue showcased how delicious Aberdeen Angus beef is.

CHEESE MAKING DAY

As part of the Nevada County Farm and Food Conference we hosted a cheese tasting and cheese making class. Our cheese is made from only the milk produced on our ranch.
