In my creamery, I make a variety of cheeses: Chevre, Quark, Fontina, Pecorino, Tomme, Grueyere, Romano, and much more! 


I continue to experiment with new varieties all the time. I make yogurt and the sheep’s yogurt is absolutely the best! 


All of our cheeses are made using only milk from our animals raised here at the farm.

I use goat and sheep, or combination of milks.
